Caeley has her Bachelors in Biology and Pathogenicity from the University of Florida. Her studies focus specifically on molecular genetics, control of replication complexes, and their respective transcription factors. Her passions lie in viral vector assembly and targeting partnered with gene therapy and additionally cell cycle regulation. She will be joining a PhD program next fall likely in human molecular genetics or stem/gene therapies.
